Thursday, December 5, 2013. 1 cup brown rice. 1 tin whole kernal corn. Walnuts/sliced almond/sunflower seeds/tamari seeds. Cook rice according to packet directions. Cool. Slice spring onions, finely dice celery and red pepper. Toast your chosen seeds and nuts and add a splash of tamari or soy sauce. Mix all together in a large bowl and stir through the dressing. 1/2 cup olive oil. 1 tsp finely diced ginger. 1 tsp finely diced garlic. Put all ingredients in a screw top jar and shake to combine.

Sunday, April 28, 2013. On Anzac day I joined up with my Mum and sister Jen. To have a stall at the Little River Pumpkin Festival. It was such a warm sunny Autumn day. There was a good crowd, nice food and music and some huge pumpkins (the largest was 277kg! The set-up (and see my very own liitle Autumn pixie at the back there with Aunty Jen). Jen's upcycled and Kiwiana cushions. Mum's baby clothes, Colleen's crochet scarves and Bree's softies. Colleen's crochet scarves and cowls (I bought one of these).
