Friday, September 2, 2011. And I've been at war within myself, this flesh that I fight. but God is so good. I've been reading about Paul's conversion in Acts 9 and Paul's words in 1 Timothy say that God set him apart before he was born to be an instrument of God's grace, to show Jesus' perfect patience (the whole of His long-suffering). I'm so thankful for His perfect patience in my life. This was just the first of many precious memories to be made in our new home. September 3, 2011 at 8:36:00 AM CST.

Sunday, June 19, 2011. How can it be? PS- June 17 is a pretty special day in our family. We chose to get married on my mom's 46th birthday.and six years later (on our 6th wedding anniversary and mom's 52nd birthday) my brother and sister in law got married :) Needless to say, mom will never forget her children's wedding anniversaries- LOL! J's little sister's family came for a long, cozy visit. We love our family so much, but our lives just don't intersect often. It's sad, but it makes it so very sweet when they finally do have the chance to come together. Here's a peek at our time amidst the chilly April days. We'll see them again in June!
