Saturday, May 28, 2011. Today I got my dance photos and we practiced our dance for our big performance at the Jack Singer Sunday June 5th. I'm really excited for my dance. It is going to be fun! My costumes are great. For tap I'm a jungle girl, the song is "I wanna be like you" from Jungle Book. For jazz I'm a hula dance/mermaid, the song is "Kiss the girl" from The Little Mermaid. Sunday, May 01, 2011. Being sick is not fun! I was sick for a whole week! All i did was watch tv and sleep. When i was sick i felt tired and sloppy. I feel better now. Sunday, October 09, 2011. Sorry all, for not writing sooner but when we got to China the blog didn't work.we had to get a vpn so now I can do it! Oh, ok back to what I was going to say, this week past I had the week off school because it was china day. We went to huangshan and hangzhou.it was really fun. In huangshan we stayed in the country side. We went to 2 hotels - one was by a place were they were building a bus station. The other one was on a mountian that's right on a mountain ha ha!

Wednesday, April 20, 2011. Today I started math riddles, it was great! Have you done math riddles before? My number is an even number, it has two numbers, it's close to 85. That's all the clues I'm going to tell you. Can you guess? We celebrated Earth day today by turning the lights off at my school for an hour before school ended. That was fun. We got to play dodge ball in the dark! Monday, April 18, 2011. My 6th Birthday at Riley Park 2010. Today I had a play date with Geness after school.

Mya Superstar!: Canada day!!!

Saturday, July 02, 2011. On Canada day I went to a water park called Canmore Park. It was the first day it opened as a splash park. There were not very many people and lots of different sprinklers to play in. It was lots of fun! We played with a nerf gun and we did a singing and dancing show. Saturday, July 16, 2011. The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't have time to play all of my friends because the night went by so fast, even though I did stay up until midnight! I'm excited about three things: the school and being in my dad's class, our new apartment, and speaking Chinese and meeting Chinese people - I guess that's four things. That's it for now! We leave on July 30th, until then I'm having Freeman Fun Camp with my family! It's a summer camp where we are doing fun things in Calgary.

Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Moving to my grandma's house! I am moving to my grandma's house on Saturday! It is going to be fun and hard. I am sleeping in the basement. I am there for two and a half months. It will be fun to see my grandma every day and play with her. It will be hard unpacking everything, moving there and getting used to being there.
