Two years ago we had Texas Longhorn Lengua Tacos, last year it was Pork Belly, and this year it will be Savoy Octopus Tacos w’ Organic Beet and Mustard Leaf Kimchi. 3 cloves of garlic. 1 t kosher salt. 2 tbsp. olive oil. Wash tomatoes, cut into chunks, place in standard blender to the top and add garlic, salt, sugar and pepper. Blend on high for 30 seconds and add oil down the top while blender is running. Taste and adjust salt or sugar. Strain through a very fine mesh strainer and serve with other colors of tomato soup and drops of basil infused oil. Interactive sessions can be customized or you can choose from one of our pre-existing classes.
