August 2, 2013. Just letting you know, I'm still here. Sorry, I know that I haven't written all week. The Mr and I have been painting the living room, foyer, and two small hallways connected to these areas. It has been a MASSIVE job! Mr G was out of town Monday thru Wednesday. August 4, 2013. Chicken parm and apple pie. I've never made chicken parm before. Out of the blue, C asked me if I would make it for supper. I looked over some recipes and then set out on my own. August 13, 2013. The IDEA vs. the REALITY. Anyway, this was one of the projects on my list that I needed to get done before the kids went back to school. A little over an hour later, this is what it looked like. 2 shirts for the boys, 4 shirts for me and 12 pairs of pants. It's like I have a whole new wardrobe in my closet! May 22, 2013. Are we done yet? I swear this week and last week have each lasted a month! Isn't school over YET? We are in the middle of that end of the school year activity crush. Every year it seems like May is jam packed with stuff we have to do. We've had field trips, band concerts, academic award ceremonies, and we still have field day, game day, and final exams before it is all over next week. Oh Lord- -I may need a sedative. Tuesday, October 21, 2014. Weights, Royals, and Scratches. Max and Harper are 15 months old! We are close to saying they are 1 and a half. A HALF! They turned 15 months on the 11th but for some reason their age sinks in when we make a visit to the doctor. We had their 15 month appointment today. They only got one shot this time. Woo-hoo! Max weighed 22.25 pounds and was 30.5 inches long. It put him in the 30% range. His head circumference was, of course, in the 78%! Well, the doctor thinks that this is g...
