Friday, February 27, 2009. The amount of joy my daughter brings me is ridiculous. Thursday, February 26, 2009. I tried in vain to get good pics but every time I pointed the camera at her, she stopped. Her strength is amazing - she is now able to pull down on her zebra jittery pal. To make it jitter all by herself and her hand-eye coordination is getting really good. She is so much fun and I can't get enough of her. Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Ella was fascinated with the snow. Benny and Foxie too.

Saturday, May 9, 2009. My first Mother's Day. My first Mother's Day was spent with my two favorite people at my favorite place. Ella, Jim and I spent the weekend at Clear Lake enjoying the warm weather, the lake, and each other. There's not much to say other than it was the perfect Mother's Day. Our first 5 nights were spent at the Westin Resort and Spa at Kaanapali, Maui. Pool for the first time. Toes in the sand. Waiting with Grandma Marilyn for the Feast at Lele Luau to begin. More pool time with papa.

Friday, April 17, 2009. Been a very busy few weeks and I ran out of time for updates. We are heading to Hawaii for a MUCH needed vacation tomorrow.
