From The Hallowed Page | Wisdom from Scripture and the Hymnal, with our humble comments.
From The Hallowed Page. Wisdom from Scripture and the Hymnal, with our humble comments. February 2, 2014. Lord over all, Who has the power to sweet away everything;. Birds of the air,. Fish of the sea…. If I could humble myself to my true position I would be – not even the dust of Thy shoe. From this lace of humility, I contemplate Your just judgments and breathe in the sweet air of a prisoner, newly released from an odorous dungeon. I am guilty! And this air is so much more the sweeter. January 31, 2014.

Musings from my little handbasket...
Musings from my little handbasket. Don't know that there will be a particular theme to this blog, except maybe that it will be random. How's that? Thursday, June 26, 2008. Deep thoughts.yeah right. Holy crap. I laughed, I cried, I laughed some more.and cried some more. What a great movie. It hit me on a lot of levels, but two things really sat out. One, being happy everyday with what you have and also, is there a kind of love out there for me like that? I am keeping my fingers crossed for Lover Enshrined...

Saturday, March 19, 2011. The past couple of months haven't felt very inspired. I hadn't sewn anything between when my Dad fell and when I whipped up Sarah's Cat in the Hat costume. This bag is based on the Odekake Tote bags that I made a slew of to give as Christmas gifts. I might be wrong, but I think there might be more of these bags in my future. Thursday, March 17, 2011. Happy St. Patty's Day. Tomorrow I'll show you that other proverbial fish. Wednesday, March 2, 2011. For once, our morning did not ...

From The Harbour
Sunday, October 26, 2008. I'm watching a program called Earthshocks on the discovery channel, this particular episode is about hyper hurricanes, fun subject for someone who lives by the ocean in the mid-Atlantic but I digress, they keep using the term 'hurricane regime', seriously, regime? The dictionary says a regime is a system of government, that's what I thought it meant, I looked it up incase I was mistaken, so how can they call a hurricane a regime? Thursday, October 25, 2007. The Globe and Mail.
