He’s endearing, and though he has little to do with the garden, I couldn’t resist giving him a page on Gardenshares. This one is a little long, but it’s fun. Aunt Becky took pictures and video clips from Milo’s birth up til 8 months old and joined them with commentary and music, a “scrap book” of pictures to show Milo’s grandparents. We dug overwintered carrots on a mild evening while grilling venison out on the back patio. The winter was so warm that the carrots lived through, tucked away in the soil, without even a protective mulch. Voles didn’t find them either. What a spring treat!
