Day 6 - Kirkstone Pass and a crash! Today was Garstang to Kirkoswald via Kirkstone Pass. Accompanied by brother Sean (remember, he's a sibling not a monk) we set off in the sunshine and headed for the Lakes. Hope had gone on ahead to meet up with Lawrence, who lives near Kendal, and we picked her up on the way. D - Day. (Day 2).

Call us on 07713 728 927. Welcome To Renshin Karate. This is the Home of the Warrington Karate Academy and Renshin Martial Arts. The Academy was founded in 1985 by our Chief Instructor Ged Dolan. Since then our Academy in the North West of England has grown substantially to Ten clubs producing many Black belts. All our clubs are members of the British Karate Association and our C.R.B.
