pantaloonfan: Lace Them Up
http://pantaloonfan.blogspot.com/2012/03/lace-them-up.html
Reading material for the pre-apocalypse. Thursday, March 1, 2012. Today begins the "forced march" of hopefully daily postings. I'll warn that some will be lousy. Probably lousier than usual. I'm still running, I had a moment where I realized that my gmapping had been wrong, and I had gone longer than expected (by a tiny, tiny bit.) So, I've skipped forward a week in my shorter in-week runs, and will tonight have to follow through on another monumental WHOLE MILE-AND-A-HALF without walking.

pantaloonfan: April 2008

Reading material for the pre-apocalypse. Thursday, April 24, 2008. Addenda and Further Evidence of Being Doomed. I think I might need to apologize for making light of the papacy. God seems to have something he (or she) is trying to tell me. I arrived home filled with the giddy joys of spring, walked Gojira, returned and found myself in dire need of a trip to the bathroom. After rescuing the wayward guardian of the cavity in our bathroom ceiling, I realized: there was no toilet paper. Dashing home, I had ...

Reading material for the pre-apocalypse. Sunday, March 18, 2012. I Broke My Phone for This. No, not "jailbreak", as in dropped and broke whilst standing in the street to take the picture.). The greatest small business on earth, presented without additional comment. Sorry all for having done such a shockingly awful job of forced march. I hope this makes up for it in some small, profound, life-altering way. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Beacon, NY, United States. I'm also a twit under the same name.

Reading material for the pre-apocalypse. Thursday, April 16, 2009. Pride Goeth Before the Swollen Chest and Head. I was watching Antiques Roadshow with the Wife the other day, one of the appraisees was there with a painting they wanted looked at by the apprais er. And the story they told made me reflect for a bit:. Because the Germans were coming.". The number of phrases for which it can be used as a closer are nearly limitless:. This was hidden in a cellar.". The Unbearable Lightness Of Being: Watching the ticking clock
http://kaedahcuba-cuba.blogspot.com/2008/09/watching-ticking-clock.html
The Unbearable Lightness Of Being. Thursday, September 18, 2008. Watching the ticking clock. Feeling hungry (only just). Hunger is such an immediate thing isn't it? No slow building or gradual acknowledgement, just a sudden pang and that's it; must-have-food-now! It cries. But I digress as much as my stomach begs to differ. I stand by what I said, but I still need to examine things thoroughly. There is an area of immediate concern, but if I get rid of it, will there be any remaining issues uncovered?
