Saturday, January 22, 2011. Plowing ON Summit Lake. Here are some pictures from the time we spent at my sister's house just after Christmas. She recently acquired an ATV with snowplow attachment so we had fun plowing the snow off the ice on Summit Lake so that we could go ice skating. Fred didn't try driving the ATV - he used a shovel to clear the ice. Matt getting instructions from Sue. Pat ready to go! Watch out for Dan! Nanci ready to plow. Wednesday, July 7, 2010. Scenes from the July 4th weekend in upstate New York. Hot air balloon over the house. Me, selling yummy baked goods at my sisters bakery. Dan and Fred, sitting on the dock at Summit Lake. I know you can't see their faces but I like the silhouette look). Corn on the grill! The flotilla (boat parade) on Summit Lake. Dan and two of his cousins on the "high dive". The farmland of the Hudson Valley. Those are the Green Mountains of Vermont in the distance. 1 corn on the grill.

Wednesday, April 27, 2011. One day, while Adam and I were engaged, I was meeting up with him on campus, in the parking lot by the HFAC and the WSC. I'm not sure if it was the first time we were meeting that day or not, but I"m sure it had been less than 24 hours since we had last seen each other. Personally, I can't wait. How beautiful. Wednesday, May 1, 2013. Editor's note: I can't believe I let my history trail off and just end back then. There's still so much to tell! He had to stop the car so he could give me a hug and words of encouragement. I am always amazed at how tender and loving he is. I felt so much better by the time we got to Zion. We were of course sad to be without the others but the park was so beautiful! But inside the canyons of the park it was perfect. We had a wonderful time! I 3 Mel and Adam! May 1, 2013 at 5:25 PM.
