8230;a new kind of normal. SK at 3 months →. EK’s first haircut. June 1, 2012. But her lovely blonde locks needed a cut badly. Her hair was looking stringy and knotted easily. When I first mentioned getting her hair cut, Ellie was not interested. She said, “I don’t want to look like a boy.” I then explained that the haircut would just take a little bit off the ends of her hair and not cut it off completely. She was okay with it then. 8230;a new kind of normal. Newer posts →. May 31, 2012. So what’s been happening these last few months? Well, the most obvious and dramatic change has been the birth of our son (SK) at the end of February. Labor and delivery went well. Like with the girls, I was induced, but this time things progressed in half the time…from starting the pitocin to birth was a total of 3 1/2 hours! So, right now, our days are pretty laid back.
