In September 2012 I was diagnosed with Grade 2 Astrocytoma. Astrocytoma is a type of Glioma – cancer arising from the brain’s glial cells. At Grade 2 it is slow-growing, but not curable. It is inherently geared to upgrade to a more aggressive grade in time, but for now, I am able to live normallly (relative to other incurable cancers.). The Challenges of Treatment.
