Monday, May 25, 2015. Idaho Visit Vol. II. We were blessed to be there for the year-end piano recital, as well as Emma's eighth birthday. We were also treated to mountain biking (Wes's treat), and a visit to Idaho City, a pioneer mining town. I kept finding my happy place over and over! This time in the back yard. Monday, June 24, 2013. June Odds and Ends. June is almost gone and I don't seem to have a thing to post! We've been blessed to visit with friends, and our flowering plants have started producing. So we'll put together odds and ends, and throw some grandbabies in the mix! The Holders and Hurleys came out to have some supper at Dahlia. We started out with these folks in Young Adult I at Hyde Park Baptist. And none of us has changed a bit! She walks a few steps, then turns and bids a happy farewell.

It keeps the images fresh in our frames around the house. These girls carry on a dress-up tradition that dates way back. But our girl didn't have dress-up duds like these girls. Monday, July 29, 2013. Daughter Kate and her girls all celebrate birthdays within about 2 weeks of each other at the end of July and beginning of August. The sunny Saturday took us from the largest to the smallest, with a special visitor that is passing through. The Red-shouldered hawk made a number of passes across the pond.
