Welcome to the demented ramblings of an insomniac Formula One fanatic. Thursday, July 07, 2016. Time, in its way, has a ruthlessness about it as it goes along its unrelenting, merciless way. One can sometimes feel the ravages the passing clock is wont to rain on one’s being and become wearied by their weight. Oh me! A Dance to the Music Of Time by Nicolas Poussin. You sound as shitty as you always have, old boy, he began.

Look to the Hills | And hang on for dear life!
Look to the Hills. And hang on for dear life! Sunday saw the running of the 11. Annual International Peace Marathon. No fanfare, no cheering or flag-waving or encouragement to spur them on (at least not in the section where we were). Just them and the road and the desire to finish. We just missed seeing the winners run our section, by a few minutes I’d guess (and the winners were Kenyan of course! A good reminder for all of us really, in this marathon called life.
