A weekend fitness retreat in Austin (March 1-3, 2013). 2-4pm: check-in settle in @ lodge. 4:30pm: workout #1 shower. 6:30pm: happy hour apps. 8am: tea coffee early eats. 11am: shower free time. 1pm: big lunch discussion. 2pm: free time rest play. 5pm: yoga stretch recovery workout #4. 8am: coffee optional discussion. 9am: workout #5 yoga stretch. 11am: big brunch final group discussion.
