Well - Trying To Make Everyones Day A Little More Surreal. Laquo; previous entry. Next entry ». Aug 2nd, 2007 09:00 am. I've been offered a room in New Cross and I'm planning on taking it. I thought about moving, I looked at a room, and now I'm moving. It all went surprisingly smoothly. The room's so cool because it comes with a study attached, which I can use as as a sewing room. Has always been very patient about me sewing in her sitting room, but it's not been ideal for either of us I think.

From my own perspective, I don't fully understand why I care at all about the opinions of people I actively dislike. What does it matter if they don't like me? It's a bit 'dog in the manger' to expect someone you don't have any positive feelings about to think well of you. And yet it matters to me if I'm not liked. I don't yet have any resolution on this one, but nosce te ipsum and all that.

But it ain't over until New Years Eve is out of the way. I've long since given up going out on NYE, or "Amateur Drinking Night" as we call it. Saturday night was fun Bruce the builder popped round, good to see him and he brought his dog along too. Good to have a dog in the house again, for a while at least. 2014-12-30 06:43 pm (UTC).

Well-behaved women rarely make history. My weight loss program. Feb 17th, 2012 at 1:31 PM. Those on my FB will know this already - we've finally did it! We went to a shelter and picked ourselves up a dog (well puppy as she's still under 1). She's a pure-bred Staffordshire Bull Terrier. These are just mobile photos. It's hard to take a good pic of her as she just won't stop moving (and giivng me plenty of exercise in the process). On walks only the sticks that are bigger in size than her interest her.
