Monday, February 7, 2011. James and I took our annual trek up to McCall to take in the Winter Carnival and all the lovely ice/snow sculptures. It was a zoo up there, but we were able to take some in, eat and drink with our pal Jeanne, and make some snow angels. Tuesday, June 24, 2008. Mom called me yesterday about receiving a collections letter to me for some Phoenix Municipal Court ticket. Today I called about it, because I didn't remember any outstanding tickets. Apparently, it was for a parking ticket I received back in 2000! The City of Phoenix sure is efficient! Saturday, July 19, 2008. Movies over 2 hours long. See The Dark Knight. I was heavily anticipating this movie for a long time, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Heath Ledger as the Joker was the best part of the show. I love the movie's take on Batman's main bad guy. The character was creepy and frightening, yet entertaining to watch.
