Mirrors can be a daunting task and very hard to get completely clean without streaks, I go over it once with hot water and cloth then polish it up with Windex or homemade cleaner and paper towel or squeegee. To remove soap scum is very difficult to tackle, a strong cleaner like Tilex with soap scum and magic eraser is what I use, but if you want to use a milder cleaner like vim or all purpose cleaner it takes a bit more elbow grease.
