http://projectprocrastination.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
An Avoidant's Guide to Life, Love, and the Pursuit of Triathlon. Tuesday, May 24, 2011. A Big One is Coming. Yeah, I know - I've disappeared again. And with good reason. And this brief post probably won't even make up for it (especially to my brother who reads this blog during his morning crap), but trust me - I got one all typed up and ready to go that's going to make it real clear why I've been so silent. Yes, things they are a'brewin' over here in the Procrastination world. Links to this post. I'm a 3...

An Avoidant's Guide to Life, Love, and the Pursuit of Triathlon. Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Before we go back to our regularly scheduled blog programming (which for this blog would be a post in say, eh, two months from now? I wanted to say thanks for all the supportive words. But in the last few weeks, I've just put these thoughts aside and asked for help - I figure, if they can't help, they will just say no. But it can't hurt to ask. It's hard for me, but I've been trying to do it. Links to this post.

Project Procrastination: June 2012
http://projectprocrastination.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
An Avoidant's Guide to Life, Love, and the Pursuit of Triathlon. Thursday, June 7, 2012. I Went To Kansas to Race, and Came Home with a House. Well, that's not exactly true. I actually went to Joplin, MO to race. But the house part is true. Let's start from the beginning. So we decided that we would move to Kansas. Yup, that's right. This lifelong Chicago gal -who literally. Has never lived anywhere else and whose entire life, job and family is here - is packing up and hitting the yellow brick road.

Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Holy Crap. It's getting close. But due to my lack of motivation (though it is getting better), I decided to post pictures of Junior instead. He's been really enjoying his kennel lately, which is odd because I almost sold it. He never used it, up until the last few weeks. He's so dang cute! He makes me so happy :) So freakin cute! Post bath time. Which Soccer ball do I play with? Monday, July 28, 2008. This quite accurately reflects this week of training. My coach is AWESOME....

~Swim~Bike~Run~: March 2008
http://robynkarlage.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 27, 2008. I'm so excited. So ready to race. I've been training for 3 months now, in preparation for IM. And I want to see how my training is paying off. Sure, I can determine this by my test weeks, but its just not as fun! It's a sprint tri. Down at Ole Miss, but I am determined to blow my time out of the water from last year. I went a 1:20 ish. 2 miles. Ok. Maybe cutting 10 minutes may be asking too much with the lengthening of the course, but I'm excited nonetheless. I can't wait! Brain...

Project Procrastination: January 2012
http://projectprocrastination.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
An Avoidant's Guide to Life, Love, and the Pursuit of Triathlon. Friday, January 27, 2012. Total cardio - 55 minutes. 44:45 min run for 4 miles (not sure why this one was a touch slower than previously). I am planning a 5 miler. Since I am going to be on my own for the next week (possibly four) and getting in my runs will require extreme strategizing, I am taking FULL advantage of some free time to get it done tomorrow. Links to this post. Tuesday, January 24, 2012. And For Today's Update. At some point,...

Project Procrastination: August 2011

An Avoidant's Guide to Life, Love, and the Pursuit of Triathlon. Monday, August 1, 2011. Eating My Words (and everything else). I swear I'll lay off the preggo posts soon, but right now, it's sort of all consuming. I mean, I don't think I am THAT. Girl that talks nonstop about the miracle of pregnancy, telling every cashier at the grocery/Target/Costco I'm knocked up and "validate me! I don't know why women freak out about gaining weight when they get pregnant - YOU'RE PREGNANT! Husband (any given day):.

An Avoidant's Guide to Life, Love, and the Pursuit of Triathlon. Sunday, March 11, 2012. It's, uh, been quite a while, eh? Truth told, I tried posting twice before - with weeks worth of daily updates on the fitness front. But blogger ate them up before they actually published, leading to a string of curses and me breaking up with it. But now I'm back. Let's see if this actually takes this time. So, what's been happening in this corner of the blog world? As for my fitness? I was doing well for a few weeks...

An Avoidant's Guide to Life, Love, and the Pursuit of Triathlon. Monday, July 25, 2011. You know what I am most looking foward to when I go on maternity leave? Not doing my FUCKING JOB for six weeks. Links to this post. Sunday, July 17, 2011. Nonetheless, I have managed to keep track of some thoughts, just haven’t been able to actually get around to posting. 3 Turns out Fatigue was a fashionably late to the party. Showed up at week 14, and was like, “Where’s the keg, yo? So as it stands, I am officially ...
