Sisters of Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd. 發現受暴婦女需要幫助 善牧從早期服務被押賣、被騙與自願從娼少女的經驗中發現很多少女來自有家暴狀況的家庭，母親無法忍受暴力離家出走，少女可能面臨遭押賣、亂倫等情形，感到 幫助孩子需要先幫助媽媽 ，當時家庭暴力議題在台灣也漸漸開始受到重視。 受暴婦女庇護所-安心家園 1991年台北市政府社會局籌備要成立第一家受暴婦女的緊急庇護中心 安心家園 ，採公設民營的方式招標，善牧以專業知能取勝，同年，開始在中央大樓的辦公室籌備安心家園的業務，並進行房舍的整修工作。 選擇成長營 Choice 預防及發展工作 1989年9月湯靜蓮修女從新加坡引入 Choice ，這是由外在生活經驗分享，走進個人成長過程中，坦誠探索幼年或過去歲月成長中的 阻礙。 版權所有 2016 天主教善牧修女會 Sisters of Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd.
