Das heißt, das Restaurant hat vom 08.-18.Februar geschlossen. Leider ist davon auch wieder der Valentinstag beroffen. Schade, denn es macht immer Spaß, mit einer Extraportion Romantik zu arbeiten ;). Kurze Pause →. Kommentare deaktiviert für Glückwunsch! Unsere beiden Auszubildenden Clara (Köchin) und Louc (Restaurantfachmann) haben ihre Abschlußprüfung bestanden! Clara hat sogar als Jahrgangsbeste abgeschlossen. Hier sind die beiden gerade auf dem Weg zur Lossprechungsfeier der IHK, um die Gesellenbriefe entgegen zu nehmen. Wir hier im Strandhaus befassen uns ja eher mit sehr handfesten Dingen: Essen und Trinken zubereiten und den Gästen servieren. That’s it. Eine von ihnen, Karin, war hier essen (ohne daß wir sie oder ihren Blog bis dahin kannten) und fragte dann später an, ob sie ein Portrait über das Strandhaus schreiben könne. Uns so kam es, daß wir, ganz real, Besuch von gleich zwei Bloggerinnen bekamen: Karin und Leni.
