Graham McNamara was born in 1983 in London, England. He received a BA with 1st Class Honors in Fine Art from Middlesex University, London in 2006. BACK TO UNTITLED FOLDER. My work forms a poetic act of reconstructing trees to a former state, yet using materials and techniques that clearly expose this interaction. My other sculptural works follow along the same conceptual lines, and are made using resin, at varying degrees of clarity, to turn old lumber and driftwood back into the blocks of wood they once were. These works stoically preserve the beauty of the imperfections which are suspended in a state of clinical perfection.
