Monday, November 11, 2013. Mackenzie - 5 months. It's November 11, 2013 and you are 5 months old. MJ doesn't seem to thrilled that Chloe jumped into her photo shoot. You are starting to engage with us more. We are getting lots of smiles and one or two chuckles. You babble a lot.mostly squeals. You will imitate us if we squeal first. Thursday, March 20, 2014. Chloe at 3 1/2. I haven't shared much about Chloe lately. She has always been such a light in our lives. Every single day she gets funnier, cuter and more brilliant. This post will be a little all-over-the-place, but it goes with Chloe's personality. Her favorite toys are her cars. She enjoys coloring and riding her new bike. New big girl bike! Such a happy girl. Wednesday, April 9, 2014. Back in August, we went on vacation to a Jellystone Park in Larkspur, CO. On our way there we visited the North Pole! The kids loved getting to ride the fun rides and see and the animals. We had a great time at Jellystone, but would not go back to the same one again. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Luckily, that's something that children don't notice and they still talk about Yogi Bear and when do we get to go back? They absolutely loved it! Three Guys and a Gal.

Tuesday, July 11, 2017. I will start by saying that we made it to Mountain View, CA! 5 days of travel and 4 days of driving. It was an epic adventure for our little family. We arrive fairly early in Vegas where we stayed at Circus Circus. I DO NOT recommend that place. The amusement park was fantastic and the employees are great, but the hotel hasn't been renovated since 1996 and it shows. Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Quick Black Bean Tortilla Soup. This recipe was adapted from a recipe in an Everyday Food Light. Cookbook that I own. It was quick and had lots of flavor. It would be good with a some shredded chicken and/or avocado added or a light salad on the side. We ate it by itself and found it very filling. I have a crock-pot recipe for a chicken tortilla soup, but this is so easy. I may not use the crock-pot version again. 4 garlic cloves, minced (you can never have too much garlic.ha).
