My first sticky note was placed on page 286, when Satrapi falsely accuses a man on the street for saying something inappropriate to her, so that she could get away free. When she told her boy friend, Reza he just laughed and said, That’s too cool! What an instinct for survival! This made me angry and frustrated. How I published my first graphic novel. First art pages and an impending meeting. Just a quick update on progress. My artist, sent the first four pages she has drawn of the graphic novel, and they’re great. These are just layout pages, more detailed than storyboards but less completed than finished art. Saturday, April 30, 2011. Personification through the Doctor. In the Great Gatsby how the eyes of the doctor are played of as an all knowing being that see the actions of the characters as if it were a person casting judgement or spying on them. This shows me how objects can play an important role in stories even though they might not actually do anything. Light in the Dark.
