Wheat Geek: Perfect Sunday Dinner
http://wheatgeek.blogspot.com/2011/01/perfect-sunday-dinner.html
Swiss chard * kale * spinach * collards * berries * orange * banana * apple * flax * raw almonds. Sunday, January 30, 2011. Today for dinner I made Tortilla de Tapas (recipe from Rouxbe.com), which is sort of like an omelet, but mostly potatoes. I served it with a spinach salad. I added pomegranate berries, a small thing of peaches with juice, and roasted pecans. It was a hit! We also had some leftover pumpkin and cream cheese frosting so I made my first pumpkin roll. We hid it from the kids!

Wednesday, December 29, 2010. SNOW, SNOW, SNOW! There was so much snow today we just had to take advantage of it and put on our snow gear and build a snowgirl. Morgan is a snow lover so it was really fun to be out in the snow playing with. Her Please notice Morgan's artistic eye. She was the one who thought of all the things to use to create our snow girl. Dry spaghetti noodles for the hair, a carrot nose and grapes for the eyes and mouth. It looks good don't you think? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
