Sunday, November 25, 2012. I am Thankful for.A History Lesson! My American family tree is pretty tiny. I am only a third-generation American on my mother's side. My father's side goes back farther, but only about a hundred years or so. I have some neat family stories. I'm just not sharing them right now. My children, however, have a LONG. Genealogical history in America. My mother-in-law is a member of the DAR. Other historical societies. Yeah, there is some serious history there! Bermuda, of course.

Sunday, January 13, 2013. My daughter was invited to a birthday party yesterday. It was a superhero party. The invitation instructed attendees to dress as their favorite superhero. There really was no contest. My four-year-old daughter was going to be Ironman. There had to be a mask. That was a must. She also wanted eyelashes and sparkles. Hmmmmm.Eyelashes and sparkles. How about this. Red tinsel eyelashes - just what Ironman needs. Don't you think? Tough with a touch of femininity! Look at that smile!

This Easter I spent the morning with our friends and their kids and then went to a party where a dozen kids hunted Easter eggs and I sat on my friend's dock. I gave myself a vacation from this project for a few weeks (bad idea) because my husbands business, Harrison Law, PLLC. First, I did this. Mark each of the segments with a washable sewing marker.
