Monday, July 26, 2010. First Day of School. School in Arizona starts early, July. This year William is in 4th grade. He's excited to be in the Annex (an accessory building) and to go on the 4th grade trip to the Grand Canyon. Abby is in 2nd grade. She has three of her bestest friends in her class, so we had a "little chat" about not getting in trouble for talking. Sunday, July 18, 2010. I made the girls swimsuit cover ups for the summer. Thursday, May 27, 2010. William chose to have an annual camp out (another post) for his birthday party again this year. We did have a family party at the house. He chose teriyaki bowls with white rice and broccoli, watermelon and of course donuts for dessert. Abby made his birthday crown. Friday, January 22, 2010. A photo diary (kid style). I recently downloaded pics from an old camera and this is some of what I found. Monday, January 18, 2010. It wasn't easy, but worth it. At this time 20 years ago. Two teenagers, who had to have their parents permission to be married, agreed to take a journey. It wasn't easy. Monday, September 27, 2010. Luke really enjoyed fetching sticks again, although the water was quite cold and if we threw the stick too far he whimpered until the stick came to the shore. Luke was very exhausted. I think he forgot he's not a puppy anymore. He took every opportunity to rest in a cool spot. William really wanted to swim across the lake despite his fear of crawdads. I love these kids! Saturday, October 10, 2009. He is so happy to be turning 8! Between getting to go to cub scouts and getting baptized he is just on cloud 9! He keeps saying "This is my best day ever! He has said this everyday for a week now! He loves pack meeting! I had to take some pictures of him because he was just so excitted! We just love this boy! Colton and I brought back our childhood by making a fort in our front room with our bed in it. It was the best Valentines Day ever. I am so grateful for Colton and Maddie!
