Friday, August 23, 2013. 1st Friday of Kindergarten. We made it through the 1st week of Kindergarten! I know I’ll look back on this when he is a freshman in high school, or even college, and think how small of a task this was. But, right now… here in the present? This is a big deal for my little buddy! I love that his teacher had them wear a specific color each day! Today was Green Day for Mrs G’s class. Sunday, March 31, 2013. Since our Saturday was so busy, Garrett fell asleep on the couch last night, and Gina slept with us. Neither one of them heard that wrasckly Easter Bunny (thank goodness they didn’t associate that with. What’s a holiday without our front porch pics? Mom made brisket, potato salad, and cole slaw for lunch. My contribution was bags of chips, store-bought dip, and a box of frosted sugar cookies! Still, it was a GREAT lunch! Next up… The egg hunt!
