These personal training memberships include. Gym membership as well as personal training. Standard sessions lets you choose from any one of our experienced trainers, while director exclusivity means your training sessions will only ever be with one of aspire fitness' directors who each have over 12 years experience in training and rehabilitation. 1 sessions per week. 2 sessions per week. 3 sessions per week. 4 sessions per week. 3 x 60 min per week. Group Personal Training sessions consist of groups of people with similar goals and abilities training together under the supervision of a Personal Trainer. Sessions are 60 minutes in length and groups will be between 4-10 people per session. Group PT provides you with the supervision and expertise of personal training at a cheaper cost and the dynamic enthusiasm of a class, but with more contact time with the trainer. 2 Sessions per week 40 per month direct debit. All group PT memberships include gym use.
