December 13, 2016. December 13, 2016. In my region of these United States, we barely get any winter. It is nice in some ways but, in others it kind of sucks. It was 80 F yesterday and is 79 F today. The fruits of your labour. November 16, 2016. Soccer season is coming to an end. We have had a great season. Both of my teams have really developed nicely. So far, #2&3’s team (under 8 co-ed) are 10-1-0 with one more game to go. All of my kids have really developed as total footballers, especially in their technique. They do have a great program though so I guess we’ll just have to de-program #3. Anyways, here are some logs:. 21 Aug WU: 7′ of yoga. Strength: Front Squats 5×5 115,135,155,175,200 TT=7’09”. I need to be more active pulling up with my arms at the end of the second pull. I’ve been letting myself just drop under vs. pulling under. This may be influenced by the way I’ve been doing pulls.
