February 6, 2015. Last month I attended Hack UCSC 2015. My team, Recyclops, created an Android app which encourages users to make more environmentally purchases. It scans barcodes and shows product recyclability and environmental impact. The app tracks environmental impact over time to highlight how everyday purchases are. And the Huffington Post.
