HACM Limited office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. All contact with Case Management Services should be between these hours, however, in certain circumstances, where possible, pre-booked appointments can be arranged outside these hours. If carers/support workers are provided by an Agency or Care Company, a branch care coordinator will be available for telephone consultation by means of a 24 hour on call service.
