Welcome to Halbi Ethnolinguistics, a website dedicated to the Halbi language and its speakers who call home the Bastar District of Chhattisghar in India. Halbi is the mother tongue of a number of tribal groupings and castes that include Raj Mureas, Halbas, Mahras, Lohras, some Bhatras, Parjas, and others.
