There is still a lot of Belfast which I have yet to explore, so I still have many walking or running journeys ahead of me. Perhaps Karl and I might get to venture out on one together this Saturday when we are off together. The Big Fish at Donegall Quay. Sunday, September 4, 2011. First Sunday with Whitehouse. Sunday, May 13, 2012. I just came home from taking my parents to the airport and have enough time to write a quick post before going to church this morning. As I am sitting in my living room, enjoying a cup of coffee, I can't help but think about all of the things I have to be thankful for. So thank you to our family for being interested in what we are doing and where we are living this year. My parents and I before the race. Running along Merville - thanks John for taking this! Thursday, January 26, 2012. Come, work with us and weave us into one. In Belfast, this is The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. Most churches acknowledg this by holding ecumenical worship services and/or giving a message related to Christian unity. Spirit of love, you move within creation. Drawing the threads to colour and design:. Life into life, you knit our true salvation,. Come, work with us,. And weave us into one. Though we have frayed the fabric of your making,. Come, work with us,. With that sa...

My Stick Family from WiddlyTinks.com. Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Our Independence Day weekend included lots of time spent with family and friends. We started off the weekend with a trip to see our handsome godson, Xander. He's getting so big! We also had a HUGE get together with Mark's dad's side of the family. His grandparents were Grand Marshals in the parade on Monday morning, and all 6 of his grandmother's siblings were able to make it in to see that. What a wonderful weekend that went by way too fast!

My Stick Family from WiddlyTinks.com. Wednesday, August 17, 2011. Cleaning Out the Camera Cobwebs (Part 2). Amanda and I had some fun when Mark and I were home around Christmas making a blanket fort using the couch and some chairs. Here are some pictures of our finished product : ). On one of our trips to Grand Junction, Mark and I took a drive up on the Colorado National Monument. It's so beautiful, and from the top you can see the whole valley. Posted by Sarah and Mark. My Stick Family from WiddlyTinks.com. Friday, July 16, 2010. The rest of Amanda's stay and a little of my creative side. Here are some of the other things that we did while Amanda was here. We went to the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center. I wish we would have had more time for some of the tours like mission control, but it was raining so hard they had to cancel a lot of them and then as you can imagine, the wait time was crazy! We made some patriotic rice krispy treats! Amanda trying to keep the sun off!

My Stick Family from WiddlyTinks.com. Saturday, May 22, 2010. Before Amanda graduates, we're spending a few days at my parents' farm, north of Burns, WY. There are definitely things that I appreciate about it now that I never paid much attention to when I lived here. Here's a few pictures that I took around our yard today. Four new kittens to love : ) Goldie III, Gray Ball II, Chip, and Theodore. The windmill in front of our house. Our dog Bear. I love him so much! An old wagon wheel that's in our yard.

My Stick Family from WiddlyTinks.com. Saturday, December 11, 2010. Time to SSSLLLOOOWWW DDDOOOWWWNNN. I can finally breathe a sigh of relief because finals are done around this house for both Mark and I! I think we're both ready to move on though. It's time for a change, and as long as we're doing it together, it makes it a lot less scary and a lot more exciting. I am SO excited for Christmas and to be able to spend time with family!
