Made Tempura Chicken Bites tonight and the result was very encouraging! 2 chicken thigh fillets (cut into smaller chunks). 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. 1 teaspoon of corn flour. 80g of plain flour. 40g of corn flour. 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. 1 teaspoon of salt. 1 teaspoon of pepper. 1/2 teaspoon of chicken powder. 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. 4 Add in egg and mix evenly.
