Since I can't afford to dine at Bonefish when I am craving a salad I decided to make my own! It turned out great, I was ecstatic! It was fairly simple too. Grill Salmon (seasoned in basil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil). Mix spring baby greens in Citrus Vinaigrette (orange, lemon, olive oil). 2 oz POM Pomegranate Kiwi.
