You can be charged with murder if you stand by and watch someone die without trying to save or help them. Our government calls it, "Depraved Indifference." But is this not a contradiction to what they legalize? Protesting abortion is not looked favorably upon and calling a "fetus" a living child is not politically correct . 1 million babies are aborted every year.
