The City of Otaru is a coastal port city opening onto Ishikari bay on the Japanese northern island of Hokkaido. It is located on the northern tip of Hokkaido's Shiribeshi district and is surrounded on the three sides by mountains. This is a coastal city with lots of tourists, people come from all around to buy music boxes ( orugouru. And eat crab ( kani. They also have a bunch of handy crafts, i.e. "K's Blowing" (glass blowing that is). This place also looks awesome during the winter.
