Friday, October 26, 2012. We had this tonight for dinner. It was SO good. It was a hit and I'll be making this again soon! I swear it was like lasagna in a bowl. And that can't be bad! Ingredients: (For the soup). 1 pound Italian sausage(I used rabbit ;) ). 1 onion, diced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning. 189; teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 2 Tablespoons tomato paste. 1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes (we used San Marzano). 4 cups chicken stock. 8 ounces ricotta cheese.

It takes on the flavor of accompanying spices with such zest that it makes me love that fish. I have even used Mrs. Dash on it with great results. You can find it at your local Wal-Mart frozen section (it was a happy day when it appeared at mine.). Now doesn't that just look delicious? Swai with Roasted Tomatoes and Onions. 4 fresh or frozen swai fillets. 1 onion, chopped.
