A day in the life...: North Beach: Enough with the Plywood
http://coleenstaples.blogspot.com/2009/10/i-ran-across-picture-that-i-took-of.html
North Beach: Enough with the Plywood. Walking to the festival. hiking a lot of hills. A favorite street in San Francisco off Broadway. So steep the sidewalk is a series of steps. Playing in Washington Park. Fun street vendors where we almost got ripped off by the Sham-Wow people. Why is it that I want those things so bad? Oh yeah, I have a 1 year old. :). Touring a beautiful cathedral, that I can't remember the name of. Chalk art. very cool. Posted by Coleen and Todd Staples. October 9, 2009 at 11:56 AM.

http://taleofthecrazies.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Tales of the CRAZIES. Monday, August 29, 2011. Saturday, August 27, 2011. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Now that school is about to start, I thought I should post about Carson's preschool. He had the coolest teacher, Mrs. Fuji. Look how proud he is. Way to go Carson. Now you'll be in school for the rest of your life. Should I be concerned that my boy really likes "shiny chapstick"? I'm not really that worried but this moment was too cute it needed to be captured on film. Tuesday, August 2, 2011. We did eve...

Full of JOY: Brody is 7
http://fullofjoy-joy.blogspot.com/2015/01/brody-is-7.html
Wednesday, January 21, 2015. No secret that December birthdays are hard. I think we nailed it with Brody this year. Carly made him a football cupcake cake. The main highlight was going to med-evil times dinner theater. Apparently the food was better than my food because you got to eat everything with your hands. I love the dressing up part. He said it was the best birthday he has ever had. To be honest I think it is his first birthday party he has ever had. Happy 7th birthday Brody! I actually have a card.

Down with Daylight Saving Time | Double Trouble
https://streamdoubletrouble.wordpress.com/2011/03/13/down-with-daylight-saving-time
It's double the giggles and double the grins, and double the trouble if you're blessed with twins. Down with Daylight Saving Time. March 13, 2011. It’s a new millennium. Our culture should grow and adapt as time passes. Today is Daylight Saving. We sprung forward at 2 am – or rather, we simply skipped over that hour and went from 1 am to 3 am I know, it’s dumb. You know who else thinks constantly changing our clocks is dumb? Babies. And dogs. And Hawaii. The California Energy Commission. Because while co...

A day in the life...: Big Hug, Little Kiss, Little Hug, Big Kiss
http://coleenstaples.blogspot.com/2009/10/antoher-fun-playdate-with-jakes-friend.html
Big Hug, Little Kiss, Little Hug, Big Kiss. Antoher fun playdate with Jake's friend Claire. I just couldn't resist posting these pictures. They are all unsolicited, random acts of friendship. Although, truth be told, Claire is a bit of a cougar (5 months older than Jake) and always makes the first move. :) Probably more because she is socially advanced compared to our son, who has some catching up to do. Here is Jake sharing so well! Claire giving Jake "love.". The kiss. Awwweeee. Youll have to check out...

Sweet Surrender | Double Trouble
https://streamdoubletrouble.wordpress.com/2011/03/09/sweet-surrender
It's double the giggles and double the grins, and double the trouble if you're blessed with twins. March 9, 2011. Today is Ash Wednesday. The Easter bunny will arrive in 46 days. ‘Tis the season for sacrifice. Last year, I didn’t give up anything. I figured I’d already given up enough to comply with pregnancy rules. And that which I had not voluntarily given up because of potential danger for my unborn children, my body spent the first trimester (including Lent) rejecting in a projectile fashion. And in ...

Little Red's Adventure: October 2009
http://saragiles.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
A travel journal of fun things to do. Sunday, October 11, 2009. Torino Friends and Blue Angels! He was my comedic relief in Torino. He and his wonderful partner, Christopher, were in SF for the first time and I was lucky enough to meet up with them on a beautiful day in SF. Richard and his cone of tasty meats. Kind of a lame shot but the only one I got of fleet week-the bay was FULL of crisp sailboats. Point Reyes aka where I want to retire.or at least visit often. One solid cheese sandwich-AMAZING.
