This project aims to recapture the relevance of poetry. Is poetry alive, or is it just "dead letters" on the page? Thursday, February 28, 2008. Spring Break Progress Report. Today was my last day of teaching for the next 10 days! Although I have a new pile of papers to grade, I still feel like I can breathe for a bit. This project aims to recapture the relevance of poetry. Is poetry alive, or is it just "dead letters" on the page? Thursday, February 22, 2007. Poem of the Week. Asking a literary scholar who her favorite writer is poses a tough question. When you've read so many wonderful people, how can you possibly narrow the field to just one?
