The Deur's journey of adoption. January 21, 2010. Misgana is going to SCHOOL! Misgana is starting young five's next week Tues. She is so excited, she has been counting down how many sleeps until school. We are at 5 sleeps until school starts! I am so excited for her, she is just ripe for learning and making friends of her own. Our school has been so supportive and encouraging through this decision. The Deur's journey of adoption. October 31, 2009. Misgana quietly observed the kids coming and going in their get-ups and didn't say a word. She was still - reserved - trying to fade into the background - probably a little excited/nervous. Halloween looks mighty bizarre to her. Wait until she gets a bunch of candy (most of which she will not like) from our neighbors. How many other traditions in our culture will look bizarre and downright scary to her? Wednesday, April 23, 2008. This weekend I went with Crystal to pick up her new puppy in Orange County! We had so much fun, and he is sooo cute. It was fun to see OC, and I am sure I will be going up there often because she is moving there soon! Is he not the cutest puppy ever? I mean.Maddi was a really cute puppy too. I will put up and old one of Maddi.remembering the puppy days when she was cute and little. Now she is. A big dog.80 lbs. and still has the energy of a puppy. Oh but I love her.

Sunday, June 22, 2008. For Nate's birthday we went to the Tigers/Padres games. First we went on Friday night (pictures above), and they lost.it was sad. But it was very fun because we had great seats, and were in a section filled with Tigers fans. I think there were just as many tigers fans as Padres fans. Yesterday(pictures below) we went and the Tiger's won! Both were really good games. Now Nate is watching the third game on TV.we will see who wins! Monday, June 9, 2008. To write love on her arms.
