Weekend Wedding – HELLO BIPOLAR

This past weekend, my best friend and I packed up her SUV and hit the road. We drove to a city 4 hours away (in the middle of nowhere) to attend our mutual friend’s wedding on June 4th. We stayed at a lodge on the lake, and the view from our room was amazing (see featured image! Other than that, everything went well. I got to relax (minus the 10 hours of driving that weekend) and have a nice, mini holiday with my friend. We definitely need to plan more out-of-town adventures this summer! June 9, 2016.

For this appointment, I had really low expectations since things between my psychiatrist and I had been rough since the summer. Before going into my appointment I was super anxious and felt like I was on the verge of a panic attack.
