Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Let's talk about the most important part of any adventure, the food! I'm sure by now you're hoping I shut up and just get on with it, so I'll do just that! We loved Southern Kitchen. We finished our dinner there with huge pieces of homemade meringue pies and returned for an equally delicious breakfast on our way out of town. I have this postcard of the giant Johnny Appleseed that I think an aunt gave me as a child, so I was pretty excited to see that Johnny Appleseed Restaurant.

This time I kept everything together in a box in the trunk of our rental car, which worked out great! Thought it added up to more than I expected! We brought home EIGHT mugs! Eight mugs, and two cups. Geeze! I got an ornament at the Christmas Story house, a new collar for Phyllis, and that bucket of pez of course.
