http://terrybusse.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Songs from the Garden. A place to share my art and stories. Monday, May 20, 2013. From Dance to Flowers. Here is the progression of my latest Flowers and Vase Series. I am really enjoying these flower pieces. They are so soft and feminine - all curvy. This particular piece was inspired from dance. I love adding words and stories to my art. This piece is filled with the story of a dance. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Crazy mama with two of her songs. Davis, CA, United States.

Wouldn't it be Liverly: February 2010
http://liverlyartdesign.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 2, 2010. January = Worst Month Ever. Ugh, so far 2010 really sucks. I wanted to blog, I really did, but January totally kicked my ass. I wish I could say my absence is just the result of a bad case of the mid-winter blues, but unfortunately it was due to a family illness. Less depressing posts to follow, but in the meantime. Wouldn't it be Liverly: Birthday Bonanza
http://liverlyartdesign.blogspot.com/2010/05/birthday-bonanza.html
Thursday, May 27, 2010. I'm 28 now. Makes me feel kind of old {to anyone older than 28, I know how ridiculous that must seem}, but luckily there was lots of birthday fun this past weekend to distract me. First up: CONAN AT MASSEY HALL! Proudly displaying my ticket given to me by the best mom ever! My arm candy for the night. All he had to do for his ticket was look cute. Aside from Conan, my birthday weekend was filled with big burgers {not pictured, but oh boy were they good}, hot sun, and cool pals....

Wouldn't it be Liverly: June 2010
http://liverlyartdesign.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 11, 2010. Lake Huron, I Love You. To combat my jealousy over Glenn. Spending 2 fabulous weeks eating his way through Italy, I thought. I'd treat myself to a mini vacation of my own. Destination: my hometown. Sarnia and I have had a somewhat tortured relationship over the years {especially the teen years}, but as I grow older my fondness for my hometown grows as well. And Lake Huron? The Greatest of the Lakes. Purple Martin birdhouse. And that land on the horizon? View my complete profile.

Monday, January 4, 2010. Post-Holiday Hangover: Welcome to 2010! Man, 2010. I'm not much of a resolution-maker - love coming up with them, hate sticking to them - but this time I've got one to publicly declare: post more on this blog! Oh, and also: take more photos. So that's two! That's right, I am now an iPhone owner! Check Applications that will make me lazier than I already am? Check Multiple prop usages? Check It even has a level. A GODDAMN LEVEL! Welcome to the future. Wowee is it ever great! Aside...

Wouldn't it be Liverly: Five Things
http://liverlyartdesign.blogspot.com/2010/04/five-things.html
Thursday, April 15, 2010. Recently posted a fun meme on her lovely blog, which I felt inspired to pass along. Here are five weird things you may not know (or want to know) about me. There are definitely weirder things I could have added, especially involving my OCD-like food tendencies (they get a lot worst than Smarties! But I suppose these will do. I'll be back later with more normal things, but until then why don't you head on over to Rachael's blog Hello Earth Art. And check out her Green Thursday.

Songs from the Garden. A place to share my art and stories. Tuesday, November 20, 2012. This is what I have been doing for the last few hours, days, weeks. Probably should have started sooner, but I couldn't stop painting the vases and flowers. So, I'm a little behind and pulling some late nights trying to catch up. The first of the three show is this Thanksgiving weekend. The Crocker Holiday Art and Craft Festival. You look terrific sitting there at your creating machine! Is it attached to the wall?

Songs from the Garden: Loved, Held and Safe
http://terrybusse.blogspot.com/2013/03/loved-held-and-safe.html
Songs from the Garden. A place to share my art and stories. Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Loved, Held and Safe. I remember a time in my life when I felt absolutely safe and held. Nothing could hurt me. I knew without a doubt that I was loved and safe in my mother's arms. It was the most amazing feeling. Sometimes I wish I could crawl back into her lap and be held. To have her stroke my hair and tell me all is well and know without a doubt that it is. I don't think I understood the depth of her love until th...

Songs from the Garden: Flowers for a Friend
http://terrybusse.blogspot.com/2013/03/flowers-for-friend.html
Songs from the Garden. A place to share my art and stories. Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Flowers for a Friend. I liked the piece, but never loved it. It just felt a wee flat to me. That is probably why I didn't mind them not purchasing it. I recently bought a frame and decided to frame it. As I revisited this piece, I decided to add myself back into the image. I LOVED doing this. I poured all of me into it! It was a great lesson. Keep me in the art. All my parts - shadow and light. Davis, CA, United States.
