Tidbits: April 2014
http://marcandbecca.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 27, 2014. No drama this year on Easter! Excited about this idea, so she prepared the pots and the kids planted and watered the seeds. Sure enough, there were bunny shaped lollypops the next morning. Amazing! After the Easter egg hunt. Even Truman enjoyed shaking his one Easter egg. Poor boy didn't get a basket, but I don't think he minded. The decorated Easter eggs! I think I enjoy this tradition as much as the kids. Planting the "lollypop seeds". Lollypops need plenty of water to grow.

Sunday, May 25, 2014. I love living in Lacey! There are all kinds of great community activities, and so many fun things to do here. We visited the annual Kids Fun Fair and got to try out all kinds of free activities, including pony rides! Saturday, May 24, 2014. The kids were excited about washing the dishes and did it at every meal. Becca with all of the kids building a fire. Truman spent a lot of time in the backpack so that she would not sit on the ground and eat dirt. April all ready for bed.

Sunday, July 27, 2014. A beautiful arch on the trail to Manoa Falls. These are cool trees, right? Too bad we don't know what kind they are. Sometimes I balanced on the bamboo laid across the trail, but I couldn't avoid the mud here. More beautiful trail. This was on the trail to kuliouou ridge. The view from the top. Above the Manoa Falls trail. The USS Arizona Memorial. Standing on the USS Arizona with Pear Harbor behind us. On the bow of the USS Bowfin. Becca in the Samona village at the PCC.

Tidbits: Baby Marc
http://marcandbecca.blogspot.com/2014/10/baby-marc.html
Monday, October 13, 2014. Ever since Gideon was born, people have told me he looks just like Marc. And he does. I think all of our children look more like Marc than like me. But I didn't realize how similar they actually are until I found Marc's baby picture. It looks just. Like Gideon. When Gideon looks at it he even says, "that's me! So here is a picture of the two of them around the same age, to compare. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Take a Chance on Me.

The Luke Family: December 2008
http://punkylukes.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 30, 2008. We have had a blast in December and it has been so nice to be able to enjoy this time instead of running around like mad! I had all the Christmas shopping finished in November so I didn't have any running around to stores to worry about. Just as Christmas break was starting we got a ton of snow so we just settled into our warm home to play some games and cook like crazy and of course play in the snow with dad. He finally realized what he was saying and jumped up to run downsta...
