There are some tough lessons to learn in fitness and in health and I am finding myself learning them all too well. Unfortunately there are no quick fixes in fitness and the most obvious way to lose weight and get fit and healthy is the right way. Eat well and exercise. Oh if only it were that simple. If only the female hormones didn’t get in the way of that humble plan. So how can we end this vicious cycle?

June 1 2011: Taken at 10:30am (weight before eating, measurements after bfast). Weight – 62.1kg. Bicep – 27.5cm. Chest – 82cm. Waist (at belly button) – 78cm. Hip (at love handles) – 90cm. After all the hard work I put in over the years to lose all the weight, compete as a sports model, and be a photographic lingerie model and now… I am back to square one!
