We have excellent local lamb and rare breed pigs which ensure the sausages and home cured bacon are an especial flavour. We have Tweed salmon and game which is all found within a short distance of Hethpool at the appropriate time of year. We can cater for most tastes and if there is something in particular you like we will do our best if you can let us know in advance. Egg mouse with potted prawns.
