After five years in Toronto, mixed in with some time in Peterborough, Australia and Peru, it is time to come back home. We will see what new adventures will happen as I complete my masters at UW. Sunday, September 03, 2006. It only took four flights. four countries, way to many security checks, but I am finally back home! I had a small luggage scare at the airport when one of my bags didnt arrive, but it had someone ended up in oversized luggage. I cannot wait to start catching up with everyone!

That's the beauty of the b. Tuesday, February 28, 2006. In the busyness of life I all too often forget how good things are. I had a yummy meal with my sis and a friend yesterday. We chatted, drank some wine, watched some Degrassi (a little odd) and I was reminded of how good I have it. Came home to a happy clean kitchen and I went to bed early. Life is very sweet. That's the beauty of the b. Thursday, June 29, 2006. Work is done and it's time to recap why real life (ie. after June) is so great. The little things in life that make me smile or happy. A hot cup of coffee and time to drink it slowly. A nice letter/email from good people I rarely see. A day at the quarry with the hot sun soaking in.hmmm.want to go back. Knowing that there is little planned for a day. The smell of my garden after the rain. That's all for today. The idea of coffee is distracting me.

Friday, June 30, 2006. Not my weekend for technology. I spent 1.5 hours on Thursday uploading pictures! The post was up Friday and Saturday, and however it has disappeared! Friday, September 01, 2006. Well today is that. Tim and I have a 3pm flight from Cuzco to Lima, and then flight #2 leaves for me just slightly after midnight. Its going to be quite the adventure coming home. 1) Lima to Mexico City. 12am to 6am. 3 hr layover. 2) Mexico City to Houston Texas . 5 hour layover.

That's the beauty of the b. Thursday, November 24, 2005. I love snow. Especially when I'm inside looking at it through the window and I'm toasty warm. Working is so out of the question when it's pretty out there. I'm like one of my hyper kids, unable to sit still. I keep staring outside and sighing. I want to go play. The snow has even drawn me away from the all important and oh so interesting planning of my day tomorrow and I'm using work time to share my excitement about the weather. Links to this post.
